Pumpkin Patch has had another board exit.
Chairwoman Jane Freeman has announced her departure from the board.
Founder Sally Synnott retired from the board in July.
Freemand will be replaced by Peter Schuyt, who has been an independent non-executive director since 2012.
He will join the board in October, along with former Warehouse Group executive KLuke Bunt.
Bunt was formerly CEO at Warehouse and currently chairs Flooring Xtra Co-operative.
He also sits on the boards of Comvita, Profile Foods, Smith’s City Group, and Super Liquor Holdings.
Meanwhile, Schuyt is also a director at Tatua Co-operative Diary Company, Port Nelson, Foodstuffs North Island, and Landcare Research New Zealand.
Pumpkin Patch announced a strategic review in March.
In May, the company cut its guidance for after-tax earnings before reorganisation costs to a range of $NZ1 million ($A930,969) and $NZ3 million (AU$2.7m) for the year ending July 31.
This was after earlier guidance which stated earnings would be little changed from last year’s $NZ8.5 million (AU$7.8).
Pumpkin Patch is due to report earnings on Friday.
