Union representatives will meet with administrators of childrenswear chain Pumpkin Patch today.
The meeting of creditors will convene at midday.
The move follows a dust up between union officials and the company's receivers over wage deductions.
Pumpkin Patch head office and distribution staff were recently advised wage deductions would be made to pay for shares in the company.
The move was reversed and workers were reimbursed after New Zealand's First Union stepped in.
Pumpkin Patch appointed Andrew Grenfell and Conor McElhinney of McGrathNicol as administrators on October 26.
