Pumpkin Patch receivers have reported strong sales ahead of its closure next month.
Receiver KordaMentha revealed it successfully traded Pumpkin Patch through the holiday period, with stock levels substantially reduced.
However, Pumpkin Patch will still shut its doors mid-February after receivers failed to attract a buyer.
The embattled childrenswear chain will close 68 stores by January 31, with the remaining 56 sites across Australia and New Zealand shutting as stock is sold off.
In addition to job losses at a retail level, head office staff will be let go over coming weeks.
