Pandora has has announced the expansion of its omni-channel retail presence with the launch of its Australian e-store.

Ahead of the bustling festive season, the platform will offer Australian consumers a number of key features for the first time.

These include free express shipping over $120, online returns, luxury packaging, gift packaging, gift cards and a customer support centre.

The option to create an online account linked to the Pandora club membership will also be available, aiming to allow customers to auto-populate checkout fields.

Pandora Australia and New Zealand President Brien Winther said that the launch of its e-commerce platform in the region is part of the company's growing commitment to customer experience.

“While our focus is on delivering a world-class in-store experience, the time has come for us to provide a way for people to purchase Pandora on a convenient, digital platform.

“Our Online Store is an important milestone for Pandora in Australia, and will allow us to complement our store network and strengthen the wonderful experience we provide consumers by giving them new ways to interact and engage with Pandora.”

Pandora Australia and New Zealand digital marketing and ecommerce manager Alec Goins also said that the online store has been designed bearing in mind the Pandora customer.

“A key component of our eCommerce strategy has been to align the Online Store with the in-store experience, mirroring the stylish aesthetic of Pandora concept stores.

“The design of the Online Store makes it easy for people to find what they need, allowing them to search by gift occasion, collection, theme, metal, stone, colour, price and category, across the full range of sterling silver and 14ct gold bracelets, charms, rings, earrings and necklaces.”
