The owners of Gold Coast-based shopping centre Pacific Fair have added a new retail store to its premises, a social commerce-led space called ‘Offline’.
The GPT Group called it an Austrlaian-first idea, which transforms a previously dormane tspace into a hub housing popular online brands across various categories, including fashion.
Offline was commissioned by GPT as a blank space that can be adapted and customised for any brand. The first online brand to launch there is JGR & STN, a Gold Coast-born fashion brand, with other online brands slated to take up temporary tenancy in the space in 2026.
“Australia is home to some of the internet’s most viral brands, and we want to be able to offer them a platform to get their products in the hands of more consumers,” The GPT Group head of digital, marketing and retail, Melissa Prpic, said.
“As one of the largest shopping centres in Australia, Pacific Fair is the perfect location to launch the first Offline store, combining its community-first approach with its world-class retail offering, now bringing viral brands to shoppers with this innovative concept.”
