Castle Towers is set to officially open a new Designer Precinct on Level 3 on November 13, featuring a list of new fashion brands.

New entrants include Aje, Kivari, Oroton, P.E Nation, Tommy Hilfiger and Polo Ralph Lauren. R.M.Williams and Camilla, who are current tenants at the centre, have also unveiled new store looks, with further designer brand openings scheduled to roll out in early 2026.

Castle Towers is located 8 kilometres north of Parramatta, and 23 kilometres north-west of Sydney CBD. The centre is owned by QIC, which manages around 20 centres across Australia.

Castle Towers general manager Anthony Wilson said the new Designer Precinct follows a strategic focus on elevating its retail mix.

“By introducing aspirational Australian and international brands, we’re creating a differentiated retail destination that meets the expectations of a growing and affluent customer base while supporting the centre’s long-term commercial growth,” Wilson said.

The precinct launch will be supported by exclusive in-store activations and opening offers, including a $50 Castle Towers gift card for the first 50 customers each day who spend $300 or more across new designer stores between November 13 and 16

The festivities will continue over Black Friday (November 28–30) and the following weekend (December 6–7), with an exclusive bar and lounge offering live music, drinks, canapés and prizes.

Shoppers will also be able to take part in the Spend to Win promotion (November 20 – December 14), sharing in thousands of dollars’ worth of gift cards, including a $2,000 Castle Towers gift card for one winning customer.

The new space for P.E Nation comes amid a store portfolio shift, which involved closing its Sydney store at the Galeries. The space has since been taken over by Salomon. The sporting brand has another store in Liverpool.

Oroton, meanwhile, has been expanding its retail portfolio, which is nearing 50 stores, outlets and concessions globally.
