After its recent acquisition, this retailer is about to change 35 years of doing business.
Wanted Shoes has announced the launch of its first interstate store at the newly redeveloped Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in Broadbeach, Queensland.
The brand, recently acquired by the Munro family, has been operating solely in Sydney for 35 years.
Wanted Shoes MD Jay Munro said the latest development is part of a long-term strategy.
“Taking the brand nationally has been an objective since purchasing the business in May and we are excited to be making this a reality.”
Wanted Shoes stocks a number of Australian brands including Tony Bianco, Mollini, Windsor Smith and its own private label.
The first interstate store will feature a new design concept never seen before.
The boutique-like shop will showcase a contemporary neutral palate with timber finishes, polished bronze detailing and marble accents.
To celebrate the opening next week, Wanted Shoes will give Queensland customers the opportunity to request a key for the chance to unlock a new shoe wardrobe valued at $3500.
Customers can register online from August 20 or visit the new store in the opening week.
"Wanted Shoes has developed a strong following in NSW and we’ll continue to expand its presence across Australia," Munro said.
Wanted currently has 17 boutiques in NSW and one in QLD.
