Nobody Denim is set to release its second fully traceable collection into a new David Jones concession in Chadstone.

The Melbourne-based brand launched its first traceable collection in September 2020, following a pilot trial in November 2019.

In partnership with FibreTrace, Nobody Denim's second traceable collection begins at the raw materials stage, when a luminescent pigment is applied to the fibre.

The product is scanned at each step of the supply chain, with every audit recorded on blockchain, creating a unique story of the garment from farm to shelf.

The data is accessible to customers anywhere, using just a smartphone.

Speaking on the launch of the new traceable collection, Nobody Denim chair, co-founder and family owner John Condilis said the business is excited to bring the range to David Jones customers.

"We are delighted to be opening our first David Jones concession at Chadstone.

"The opportunity to further educate shoppers on the importance of transparency in fashion was something we jumped on straight away," he said.
