The National Retail Association (NRA) has revealed the top 25 finalists in the 2015 NRA Young Retailer of the Year Award.
The award aims to recognise innovative talent in the industry of those 25 years and under, with the winner receiving a trip on the Westfield World Retail Study Tour next year.
Apparel, footwear and accessories has made its mark on the finalists list, poaching nominees from Myer, Target, City Beach, Fossil, Jeanswest, Best & Less, Bardot, Trenery and Esprit.
NRA CEO Trevor Evans believes its an exciting time for young people to boost their career in retail.
“The 2015 finalists have certainly demonstrated the diverse job opportunities available in retail, and the exciting career paths ahead for these savvy young retailers.”
