Melbourne-based youth fashion brand Elwood will launch its men’s collection into Myer in February next year.
This will be the first time Elwood has been made available in an Australian department store since the brand was founded in 1996.
The label, which already has concept stores in areas including Sydney snd Melbourne, will be available in 28 Myer stores nationwide from February 1.
Founder Andy Gillott said the brand has worked closely with Myer to present the heritage pieces that Elwood is renowned for, while also supporting its emerging fashion categories.
“Our commitment to quality and fashion has seen Elwood grow strongly over recent years and Myer is a natural fit with Elwood due to their high retail standards and strength in the branded youth market,” Gillott said.
The first menswear collection for Myer, 'The Time Is Now’, bridges city living with the outdoors and focuses on classic sportswear and collegiate fashion, blended with traditional jeanswear.
Key items include knitwear, collegiate and military jackets and check shirts.
