Catch CEO Nati Harpaz has announced he is moving on from the eCommerce retailer to begin his family venture Harpaz Group.
Serving almost four years at the eCommerce giant, Harpaz announced the move in a LinkedIn post and said he is leaving the business while it is in a strong position.
Last year, Catch was acquired by Wesfarmers for $230 million.
"It is a happy and sad day that I am now leaving Catch after almost four years of fun, excitement, challenges and lots of growth.
"Catch has become a family and each one of my team members is close to my heart.
"What we have done in the last four years is nothing short of amazing and it is all thanks to the great team that works at Catch.
"I am leaving at a time that the business is at its peak with great results, great foundations and a great culture.
"It is time for me to move on to the next stage of my life which includes a year off to travel with my family and I know that with the current Catch team and the support of Kmart and Wesfarmers Catch will continue to conquer new peaks," he said.
Following his travel, Harpaz will assume the role of director at Harpaz Group; a family investment vehicle and start-up incubator.
