In preparation for its ASX listing, MySale Group has announced the appointment of two new non-executive directors.
Donna Player and Mark Bayliss have been appointed to the eTail group, whose brands include OzSale, NZSale, SingSale and MySale.
Both Player and Bayliss bring significant eCommerce, retail and executive experience to their roles; Player is a non-executive director at Accent Group and Baby Bunting and is the current merchandise director at Camilla, while Bayliss is the former CEO of CSG and Grays eCommerce Group.
The appointment of Player and Bayliss follow MySale Group's appointment of new CEO Kalman Polak, in October.
Commenting on the new appointments, Polak said the business is excited to utilise Player and Bayliss' expertise.
"Mark and Donna bring an incredible depth of experience to the team and are testament to our commitment to retail and eCommerce excellence.
"We look forward to their input within the executive team to continue the business’ growth strategy," he said.
The appointments also come ahead of the critical Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales events, which OzSale marketing director Oliver Ranck expects to be big for the Group.
"This year we’re expecting to double our orders in Black Friday week - with our warehouse set to despatch the size of a 50m swimming pool worth of merchandise.
"This incredible growth reflects the current appetite of Australians for quality brands and discounted prices - and the extension of our product partners over the last 12 months.
"We’re set for one of the busiest periods in retail history next week," he said.
MySale's Offer period opened on November 12 and will close on November 25.
The issue date is December 02.
