Fashion styling app Mys Tyler will launch a new podcast called ‘Fashion Fits’ worldwide on September 7.
Hosted by Mys Tyler CEO and founder Sarah Neill, the first season of Fashion Fits will cover topics such as inclusivity, the circular economy, representation, and sustainability.
Guests in the first season include Sarah Cohen from The Styling Advisory, Ample Folk founder Holly Richards, Rntr founder Shanya Suppasiritad, Embody Women founder and designer Natalie Wakeling, and Faye Browne from Motto Fashions.
The podcast is driven by research commenced by Mys Tyler in 2022 around consumer feelings towards representation, confidence, the shopping experience, and clothing fit, alongside industry data.
Each episode will unpack a specific industry-related problem and hear solutions from a range of voices.
Neill called this a new milestone for her business.
“Everything we do at Mys Tyler is around discovery and exploration into what consumers want and examining how they shop,” she said. “This podcast will give us the opportunity to have really frank discussions with industry experts around the topics that are of most interest to our global audience.
“Ultimately we want fashion to feel good, we want everybody to be seen and represented in the fashion industry and we hope that by unpacking these sometimes challenging topics we help to spark ideas and change.”
The first episode will explore the question: ‘Why can’t I find clothes to fit my body?’ co-hosted by Sarah Cohen with special guests Holly Richards and Sylvie Wilson.
The Mys Tyler app reaches a global audience of over 500,000 women.
