High Heel Jungle, the socks and accessories brand founded by Australian journalist Kathryn Eisman, has officially launched on Myer’s online channel this week, following a spotlight start to the year.

The brand is being included through Myer’s marketplace offering, initially selling High Heel Jungle’s core socks range. This marks the brand’s first major national department store partnership in Australia.

High Heel Jungle was founded in 2017 by Eisman when she was working as a Hollywood entertainment reporter in the United States. Nine years later, the brand has reported strong growth over the last 12 months, driven by celebrity visibility and fashion industry momentum.

In 2026, the brand featured at both Australian Fashion Week and the Melbourne Fashion Festival. The brand’s opera-length leather gloves featured on the Carla Zampatti runway, with pieces also featured in The Frontier runway at the Sydney Theatre Company.

Alongside local promotional moments, High Heel Jungle pieces have also been seen globally through celebrity pushes, including the ‘Runway’ song release tied to Devil Wears Prada 2 by Lady Gaga and Doechii, Doja Cat’s world tour, Meghan Trainor’s latest music video, and other high-profile celebrity styling moments.

For Eisman, the launch into Myer is slightly full-circle, given her first job was working the floor at Myer as a teenager, before scaling her journalist career.

“Honestly, it feels surreal,” Eisman said. “To partner with Myer at this stage of our growth is hugely significant. Myer has supported generations of Australian designers and brands, and to now see High Heel Jungle positioned within that legacy is an incredibly proud moment for our entire team.”

Eisman added that High Heel Jungle targets an underappreciated part of the fashion industry.

“Hosiery can completely change the mood of a ‘look',” Eisman said. “Socks can become a focal point. Gloves can transform how a woman carries herself.  These pieces have emotional power.”
