Myer company secretary Marion Rodwell has resigned.
Rodwell will be replaced by Richard Amos next month.
Rodwell joined Myer in April, 2008 and has made a significant contribution to the department store.
This includes a role in the company's initial public offering in 2009 and service as a general counsel.
Rodwell's replacement Amost has extensive legal, commercial and corporate governance experience.
Amos has worked with firms such as Lion, Vodafone and Baker & McKenzie.
