It will have personal stylists, Shop and Drop service for parcels, gift registry, free WiFi and a smart phone recharge station.
A brand new, world-class Myer store will open its doors on Thursday as the anchor tenant in a $320 million redevelopment.
The Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre, north of Perth, will host a special preview for Myer One members on Wednesday evening.
It is expected that thousands of additional customers will visit the new 12,000 square metre two-level Myer store over the opening weekend.
Myer CEO Bernie Brookes said the store will incorporate the latest omnichannel technology.
"The new store is set to give customers the opportunity to experience a whole new way of shopping at Myer.
"The Myer Joondalup store is the first in Western Australia to offer ‘The Hub’ which provides a range of in-store services in the one convenient location including personal stylists, Shop and Drop service for parcels, gift registry, free WiFi, and a smart phone recharge station."
There will also be in-store iPads which enable customers to browse a significantly expanded product range for delivery to the store or their home.
