Myer has revealed its top sales predictions for Black Friday, with the beauty category leading the charge.
The department store expects to shift 100,000 skincare and makeup products during the sales event, which offers up to 70% off merchandise. This is followed by 58,000 mugs, 49,000 towels, 35,000 fragrance sets and 16,000 dinner sets.
Intimate apparel brand Bonds will offer 40% off across Myer, with brands such as Lacoste, Adidas, Puma and Calvin Klein Jeans offering 30% discounts.
Myer CCO Geoff Ikin said Black Friday has become a major sales event of the year.

“Myer has incredible savings this Black Friday across all categories, including up to 70% off homewares; 40% off women’s and men’s fashion and accessories, up to 30% off a huge range of kid’s clothing, and up to 20% off selected leading fragrance and makeup brands.
