Michael Hill International Limited has appointed Dave Whittle as a non-executive director to its board.
Whittle is currently a non-executive director of Myer’s board and has held that role since 2015.
Previously, Whittle spent 10 years with global advertising group M&C Saatchi in a number of local and international leadership roles, culminating in three years as managing director in Australia.
Chair Rob Fyfe welcomed Whittle to the Michael Hill board.
“He will bring a fresh perspective, with a wealth of knowledge on data, technology and brand which will be valuable to the company,” Fyfe said. “His extensive experience in marketing, omni-channel retail and digital transformation complements the Board composition.”
Whittle is also the founder of global software company Lexer, and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.
