Designer Jayson Brunsdon has secured department store giant Myer as a major sponsor for his Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia 2012 showcase.
The designer's spring/summer 2012 collection will be presented in new installation space 'The Box', with creative director Alex Zabotto Bentley commissioned to create a "theatrical visual presentation".
The show is scheduled to take place at 7pm on Tuesday, May 1.
As reported in Ragtrader magazine earlier this year, Myer also recently invested in an export push for its collaborative womenswear line with designer Karen Walker.
The Hi There from Karen Walker collection hit shelves of North American retailer Anthropologie in February.
Myer also has a majority stake in designer label Sass & Bide, purchasing a 65 per cent stake last year.
