Myer has acquired Charlie Brown and Howard Showers.
The department store has reportedly purchased the two womenswear brands from The Discovery Group.
The Discovery Group is operated by designer Charlie Brown and husband Danny Avidan.
It is understood Brown, who closed her remaining boutique in Sydney earlier this year, will remain as creative director of both brands.
This is the second major designer acquisition for Myer, which purchased Sass & Bide in 2011.
