Streetwear label Mossimo has announced that Australian actress and model Erin McNaught is the face of its autumn collection. 

Mossimo recently joined the Target brand stable, a move that cemented the streetwear label as an affordable, Australian youthwear staple.

The latest collection is available on the Target website and in-store for $20 to $59.

Founded in the heart of Los Angeles in 1986 by Mossimo Giannulli, the brand is a global streetwear player.

The latest local collection was shot at Carriageworks in Sydney, featuring everyday wardrobe pieces and incorporates Mossimo's streetwear style. 

Throughout the line are pops of mulberry, orange and aqua green colours. 

Mossimo head of design Simone Coates said that the new collection plays on the brand's heritage. 

"Our new collection is as always inspired by our Los Angeles streetwear heritage, but we’ve added a little twist.

"Featuring easy-to-wear pieces, highlighted by a pop of bright colour to sit alongside our super easy to wear core offer," he said. 

McNaught said that it was a pleasure to front the new campaign. 

"I’m so excited to be working with and shooting for Mossimo - such an iconic brand with a great aesthetic.

"I love streetwear, I pretty much live in it when I’m not working and this range is so cool and easy to wear and chill out in," she said.
