Michael Hill International has appointed Vanessa Brennan as its chief customer officer, following an extensive search.
She joins Michael Hill with over 22 year’s experience in strategic marketing and communications gained in Australia , Europe, Latin America and Asia.
Brennan has held a number of significant roles including MD of Clemenger BBDO Brisbane, and marketing GM for Terry White Chemists.
Brennan is currently a partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she has led the customer transformation and insights practice for Queensland.
She is also a member of the national PwC CMO Advisory practice.
As chief customer officer, Brennan will hold an enterprise role across customer, brand, marketing, eCommerce and insights.
Brennan will commence in her new position in early 2018.
