New Zealand-born jeweller Michael Hill is partnering with two NFP charities, both Dress for Success and Women’s Refuge, in a bid to support over 100,000 women globally by 2030.

Dress for Success is based in both Australia and Canada, which Michael Hill has supported for three consecutive years. It aims to economically empower women in the workplace through networking, professional attire, and development tools.

Last year, the jeweller raised over $150,000 for Dress for Success.

Women’s Refuge aims to provide safe nights to women and their children fleeing domestic and family violence and is based in New Zealand.

Michael Hill will raise funds through the sale of its cultured freshwater pearl stud earrings ($29 each AU / $35 NZ / $25 CA). The brand will donate $15 directly to the women’s charity partners within the country they were purchased.

Michael Hill CEO Daniel Bracken said empowering women is a key focus in the brand’s philanthropic initiatives and goals.

"We are so proud to continue our partnership with Dress for Success, and to support Women’s Refuge in New Zealand for the first time, supporting these organisations’ critical work for women in need,” Bracken said.

Help support the empowerment of women by purchasing a pair of Michael Hill Cultured Freshwater Pearl Stud Earrings online or in stores across Australia and New Zealand.
