Contemporary UK luxury leather accessories label Meli Melo has made its Australian retail footprint debut.
The brand has opened at Sydney International Airport's T1 development, with a stand-alone store covering over 100 square meters.
The Meli Melo store has launched with both SS16 Back to the Roots and AW16 Building Blocks collections.
The curated edit includes the inverted handle Thela, structured Halo, and newly launched embossed woven leather Rosalia, in a mix of prints, soft summer sorbets and classic leather hues.
The store sits within the Heinemann shopping precinct, which features a selection of local and international brands.
It was designed by Gebr, Heinemann’s in-house design team, in collaboration with the renowned Australian architectural firms Geyer and Lava.
Meli Melo founder Melissa del Bono described it as an ideal partnership.
