The 10th Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival (MBFF) Brisbane has kicked off at its new location at the Brisbane Showgrounds.
Aje, Alex Perry, Easton Pearson, Yeojin Bae, Paul Hunt and Nicola Finetti are among the designers set to showcase their latest collections on the runway.
Royal International Convention Centre general manager venue sales and marketing Sally Pulford said that organisers are hoping to pull of big attendance numbers this year in light of the event's 10th year.
“We are thrilled to be hosting the tenth anniversary of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival.
“This event attracts some of the country's most influential trendsetters and we are really excited to welcome them to the iconic Brisbane Showgrounds.”
The venue spans 22 hectares and is located around 1.5km from the CBD.
MBFF Brisbane will run events until Friday 28th August, featuring runway shows, Q&A evenings and VIP luncheons.
