Macquarie Centre has launched its AW16 fashion film at Sydney's Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA).
The film 'Love Yourself' features Australian actors Sophie Lowe and Ryan Corr and features a range of local and international brands stocked in the centre including Alice McCall, MJ Bale and Zara.
Filmed in the Blue Mountains, the centre teamed up with filmmakers Lucas Jatoba, Rene Hernandez and Simon Chapman as producers.
Macquarie Centre senior marketing manager Emma Giammarco said that film has been used as a medium to engage with its customers.
“We are so proud of the film which is a fantastic way to launch our retailers AW16 collections to shoppers.
“The film’s message is to encourage people to have confidence and learn to love themselves, and Sophie and Ryan both have a strong sense of personal style so they were the perfect choice to star in the film.”
Macquarie Centre recently underwent a major $440 million redevelopment and managed to secure tenants such as Forever 21, Gap, H&M, Sephora and Uniqlo.
