Global luxury conglomerate LVMH has opened the doors to several of its Maisons at the newly unveiled Level One luxury precinct at Chatswood Chase, North of Sydney.

The precinct opened just this week, with Louis Vuitton, Dior, Loewe, Celine, Bvlgari, Chaumet, Rimowa and Fred among the brands now trading on the dedicated luxury floor, joining two other LVMH flagships already operating at the centre.

The move underpins a broader $625 million redevelopment of Chatswood Chase, which has been repositioned as a premium and luxury destination on Sydney's North Shore. Level One is the final stage of the transformation, following the staged reopening of Lower Ground, Ground and Level Two over the past 18 months.

Vicinity Centres CEO and managing director Peter Huddle said the LVMH partnership was central to the centre's long-term vision.

"Our expanded partnership with LVMH is central to this vision, bringing together some of the world's most prestigious Maisons within a purpose-built environment that prioritises service, experience and long-term relationships with our customers," Huddle said.

In total, 23 luxury brands will call Level One home, with additional names including Moncler, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Emporio Armani already open. Hermès, Rolex, Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Omega, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana and House of Kennedy are set to open progressively through May to July.

The precinct has been designed around a high-touch retail model, incorporating personalised styling, private client experiences and concierge-style hospitality. A Lexus-presented valet parking service offers direct Level One access, while extended trading hours and a parcel minding service round out the offer.

From May through September, a calendar of exclusive brand experiences, tailored service offerings and curated events.

"The opening of Level One realises our ambition to establish a globally relevant luxury destination and marks the beginning of an ongoing journey, powered by our valued partnerships and designed to continually enhance the way customers experience Chatswood Chase," Vicinity Centres GM of brand and marketing, Amy Wotton, said
