Yet another luxury international etailer has joined the likes of Net-A-Porter, Matches, Shopbop and my-wardrobe in setting up down under.

Farfetch has appointed Sydney-based agency EVH to represent its company in the Australian market.

Farfetch is a revolutionary platform which unites over 250 independent fashion boutiques to offer brands spanning Valentino, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Acne, Mary Katrantzou and Isabel Marant.  

The platform intergrates over 100,000 products from over 2000 brands into one viewing platform, allowing customers to purchase from multiple boutiques in one transaction.

The platform announced a new $20 million round of funding in March this year, led by the international division of publishing giant Condé Nast, with backing from existing investors Advent Venture Partners, Index Ventures and e.ventures
