Sportswear label Lululemon is set to fly its global ambassador, British racing driver Lewis Hamilton, to its Australian flagship in Melbourne this week.

On Wednesday, March 4, Hamilton will take part in a local launch event to promote The Lewis Hamilton Edit, a capsule range selected by the seven-time World Champion.

This marks the first time Hamilton has launched his Edit in Australia. He will be joined by fellow ambassadors, including AFL Captain Max Gawn, alongside media, athletes, celebrities and influencers.

According to Lululemon, the new range will feature pieces Hamilton wears regularly, with styles covering both men’s and women’s.

“When you’re in Lululemon, you can feel that the product has been designed to perform,” Hamilton said. “There’s a commitment to continuously refining the fabric, fit and function. It’s the technical details that can change everything.

“I’m proud to partner with a brand that values the process behind performance and lets others experience the same level of innovation in their own training.”

The range will be available exclusively at the brand’s Emporium Melbourne store, and via its local online channel, from March 4.

Australia forms a key part of Lululemon’s Asia Pacific region. As of November 2, 2025, the brand operated 34 stores in the country, with South Korea having 21 stores and Hong Kong having 11, according to its third quarter statements.

Lululemon’s “rest of world” segment, which includes APAC and Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA), reported strong growth in the first three quarters of 2025. Total sales hit just over US$1 billion (~A$1.4 billion) in the first three quarters, which is up by 18 per cent.
