Australian activewear brand LSKD is ramping up its growth in 2026 as it forecasts to surpass $200 million this financial year.
The brand is aiming to reach 40 locations nationally by the end of 2026, expanding on its 33 stores currently across Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
This planned expansion comes as the brand unveils a new store concept at Heirloom, High Street Armadale on July 11, with additional Victorian openings at Fountain Gate and Camberwell in the coming months.
The 179 square metre Armadale store marks a significant milestone for LSKD as it enters its next phase of retail growth, with international expansion planned across New Zealand, the United States and Singapore from 2027.
The store debuts LSKD’s next-generation retail concept, featuring cobalt blue accents and a reimagined merchandising approach. In a first for the brand, the traditional leggings wall has been replaced with dedicated outfit destinations.
LSKD founder and CEO Jason Daniel said the Armadale store reflects the next chapter of the brand’s retail evolution.
“This next chapter for LSKD is about building world-class retail experiences that still feel like us,” Daniel said.
“We’ve spent a lot of time on this concept because we wanted every store to feel community-led, premium and highly experiential.”
“Armadale is a milestone for us and it shows the direction we’re heading as a brand, not just in Australia but globally.”
Chief retail officer Alex Shaughnessy said securing the Armadale site was a key moment for the brand’s retail expansion.
The opening also marks LSKD’s arrival at Heirloom, a premium mixed-use development delivered by GLG and Urban DC, with retail leasing managed by Colliers.
“We’d had our eye on High Street Armadale for some time, so when the opportunity within Heirloom came up, it was a natural fit,” Shaughnessy said.
“The quality of the development, its design and its position within one of Melbourne’s strongest retail precincts made it the ideal place to launch our next-generation store concept.”
As part of the opening on July 11, LSKD will host its usual tights and shorts swap, where the community can exchange old leggings and shorts for new LSKD pieces.
The activation has become a signature part of store openings, which the brand claims to consistently draw thousands of people and matches the brand’s community-first approach. Numbers are limited and available on a first-in, first-served basis.
