Jeanswest has been awarded Australian Clothing Store of the Year 2016.
That is, at the sixth annual Roy Morgan Research Customer Satisfaction Awards.
Jeanswest beat out Cotton On, Just Jeans, Sportsgirl, and a host of other retail brands to take out the Customer Satisfaction Award, as voted by consumers themselves.
Jeanswest GM of Retail, Daniel Le Roy said Jeanswest boasts an engaged customer base and friendly sales assistants.
"Delivering excellent customer service is a key focus for our business, so it’s an incredible feeling to be recognised in this space by our own customers.
"We thank them very much, as we certainly couldn’t do it without them."
At a gala dinner in Melbourne, 32 awards were presented by Roy Morgan’s CEO Michele Levine.
Jeanswest was one of the 12 first-time award-winners for 2016.
The Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on 12 months of data from Roy Morgan’s Consumer Single Source Survey.
