Lingerie label Intimo has revealed how it has adapted to the challenges of COVID-19.
The business has reimagined its one-on-one fitting service and is offering virtual fittings via third party apps such as Houseparty, FaceTime and Zoom.
Consumers can book a fitting time and once connected, are walked through how to take the two key measurements required to find their correct size.
The specialist can then offer product recommendations and place the consumer's order on the website.
Intimo brand manager Kirby Hughes said that the business is focused on exceeding its customers' expectations during this time.
"We are more committed than ever to providing the best possible experience to our clients.
"Whether that’s through assistance finding the right size bra or as a voice of positivity and calm.
"Intimo, together with its Bra Fit Specialists, is working proactively to ensure that the way we interact with our customers exceeds their expectations during these uncertain times," she said.
The business has also recently launched a new collection, fronted by model Brooke Hogan.
The collection features a combination of new and re-released styles and is made using environmentally-friendly Modal fabric from Tencel.
Hughes added that the range offers pieces for all body types and ages.
"Our focus is always to provide wearable, beautiful and comfortable options for all body types and ages.
"We really feel like this collection has something for everyone, and we are quite proud of that," she said.
