Designer brand destination Tuchuzy is in voluntary administration.
The Bondi-based business, renowned for stocking premium designer labels, appointed administrators on June 3.
In an email to customers, Tuchuzy revealed the current trading environment played a role in the move.
It also advised customers that it is unable to honour gift cards or vouchers for its online store.
Proof Of Debt claims can be lodged with administrators from McGrath Nicol, the email stated.
"At this stage, administrators are now working with the company and whilst our online store and Bondi boutique continue to trade as normal, we have had to make a few changes under the direction of administrators to ensure the successes of Tuchuzy through this period."
