The 2018 Australia Post Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAS) winners were announced last night at the ICC Sydney Grand Ballroom, with Showpo taking out an unprecedented four awards.
The multiple wins included the coveted Online Retailer Of The Year Award.
Other key industry winners included Cue Clothing Co, which took out best in-store initiative, and The Daily Edited, which won best omnichannel customer service.
Award judges represented a cross-section of the online retail community, having been carefully handpicked by event organisers.
They included Andy Powell (Agile Commerce Consulting), Grant Arnott (Power Retail), Alice Kuepper (Online Retailer), Janie Yu (Fung Capital), Ben Franzi (Australia Post), Alita Harvey-Rodriguez (MMilk It Academy), Louisa Simpson (Ecommerce Consulting), Nathan Bush (12HIGH) and Matt Newell (The General Store).
ORIAS event director Alice Kuepper said the awards recognise innovation, growth and customer experience.
