After unleashing its eBay store on Australian shores British retail giant House of Fraser has revealed the most sought after items that shoppers are snapping up.
More and more consumers craving a fix of British-led fashion are increasingly turning to online purchasing from UK stores such as New Look, Topshop and River Island.
After only recently launching an e-store via eBay's Fashion Gallery, The UK department store says its best selling products have been hot trend items including a lipstick red short sleeve dress by Motel, and its dark blue, high waisted, 1970s-style flared jeans, by its in-house brand Therapy.
House of Fraser's eBay merchandiser, Christabel Biella, said Australia is its best selling country for international orders on its main site, which is why it decided to launch via eBay.
Head of fashion at eBay, Jo-Ann Hicks, said eBay is committed to welcoming even more UK brands and retailers to the Fashion Gallery in 2012.
