Lovisa’s scaling competitor Harli + Harpa has now opened 41 stores since its official launch in late 2024.

Harli + Harpa CEO Armando Pedruco confirmed the news in a recent LinkedIn, noting the latest opening in Chermside is its biggest yet.

“This is a proud moment for our whole team,” he shared. “A big well done again to the whole H&H team for this amazing store execution. After 2 days of trade, we would like to thank all our customers who have supported us.”

Matching the steady growth in store openings, Harli + Harpa has also posted job adverts this week for a New Zealand country manager. Looking at its website and searches on Google, the brand doesn't appear to have any stores in New Zealand as of yet.

The brand's store portfolio is solely spread across shopping centres in Australia, with three in South Africa.

Harli + Harpa was launched in late 2024 by Shane Fallscheer, the former CEO of Lovisa. The brand opened 20 stores by December 2024, including a new website.

Fallscheer left Lovisa as CEO three years prior, handing over that role to Victor Herrero in 2021. Herrero has since stepped down this year, with John Cheston taking over.

Harli + Harpa sells men’s and women’s jewellery, across necklaces, rings and earrings, with prices ranging from single to low double-digit figures. Its stores are located in prominent shopping centres nationally.
