H&M Australia is set to welcome its latest eco-conscious collection to its website and 36 stores this month.
The new spring collection features pieces made from sustainable materials including Agraloop Biofibre - fibre made from left-overs from various food and medicine crops including oilseed hemp/flax, CBD hemp, banana, and pineapple.
According to its website, 57% of H&M's materials are already recycled or sustainably sourced.
Speaking on the new range, H&M said it was proud to take another step in its eco-conscious mission.
"For Spring we have taken another bold step in our sustainability efforts, leading the change within the fashion industry by scaling new innovative materials such as Agraloop Biofibre, which has increased in scope and amount used since first introduced to our assortment.
"With a wearable mix of sporty and 90s minimalist elements, key items include a sleeveless cropped hoodie, slip dress with tie-up straps and ruching detail on the side, and a sleeveless denim vest with patch pockets," the brand said.
The spring collection will launch in stores and online on September 16.
