H&M is set to open a three-level, 5000 square metre flagship store at Sydney's Glasshouse.
According to Fairfax papers, the Pitt Street site is scheduled to open mid next year.
In the lead up to the opening, H&M will release a collaborative range with American designer Alexander Wang at its Macquarie Centre store.
The North Ryde store is scheduled to open on October 16, marking the brand's first Sydney location.
The CBD store will stock the full H&M collection including homewares, sportswear and full ranges for women, men and children.
New stock will be dropped into both stores every day and trading hours will be extended in to order to capitalise on commuter foot traffic, according to Fairfax.
H&M has claimed 1.7 million patrons at its first Australian store inside Melbourne's GPO building in less than 20 weeks.
