Yesterday, ragtrader.com.au reported on record breaking sales for H&M x Alexander in Australia.
This is how it went down.
1. H&M reported a lineup numbering 300 at Macquarie Centre and over 500 at Melbourne GPO, with customers queuing overnight from 6pm.
2.In Melbourne, parkour performances, beatboxers and break-dancers entertained customers prior to the launch at 7am.
3. Menswear completely sold out in both Melbourne and Sydney, within the first three hours of opening.
4. While some womenswear pieces are still available at Macquarie Centre and Melbourne GPO, it is anticipated the range will soon sell out.
5. The limited-edition collection will not be restocked.
