What does Gucci's first stand-alone menswear store in Australia look like?

Gucci has reopened its women's store at the corner of Collins and Russell streets in Melbourne.

The brand has also opened an adjacent menswear site, both featuring a design concept by creative director Frida Giannini.

The flagship men's store features signature Gucci materials of rosewood and marble.

These are enhanced with the introduction of new elements such as warm polished gold, smoked mirror and smoked bronze glass.

Geometric lines, including stylised examples of Gucci’s signature web striping, add further detailing.

The side-by-side stores feature a full collection of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, the children’s collection, and a wide selection of accessories including handbags, shoes, luggage, small leather goods, jewellery, sunglasses, and fragrances.

Gucci’s Made to Measure menswear service will offer exclusive fabrics and provide for customisable options with finishes and details.

The newly renovated location will also offer Made to Order leather goods, including handbags and shoes.
