Ginger & Smart is the latest designer brand to collaborate with paint specialist Dulux.
The partnership will see the fashion label work on Dulux's initiative, 'United by Style'.
It will be the first project merging the brands together, following previous Dulux collaborations with the likes of Camilla and Kirrily Johnston.
The initative will see one Melbourne home transformed in March to emulate Ginger & Smart's AW15 collection 'Arcadia'.
Dulux's interior design team led by creative consultant, Bree Leech, will style rooms with asymmetric shapes, floral prints and textured patterns as per the 'Arcadia' line, in hues of mint, dove grey, luminous jade and rose gold using Dulux paint colours.
The partnership “will result in creative industry and consumer projects, activations and events that intersect fashion and interior design as well as further expanding the footprint of each brand in the corresponding market.”
Ginger & Smart founders Alexandra and Genevieve Smart spoke positively about the prospect of the collaboration.
“Colour and print are at the heart of our brand and inspire our collections each season. As a fashion lifestyle brand we are very excited to collaborate with Dulux and explore the possibilities between us.”
