Dulux has revealed the results of its first collaborative project with Ginger & Smart.

The paint brand paired creative consultant Bree Leech with fashion designers Alexandra and Genevieve Smart to style a Melbourne home.

The creative referenced the colours, textures and moods of Ginger & Smart's winter 2015 collection, Arcadia.

Leech shared her appreciation in working with the sisters on the high-end design project.

"Bringing to life the Arcadia collection from Ginger & Smart was an exciting process. I love the challenge of balancing the use of colour and pattern in interiors that still result in spaces exuding luxury and style. Alexandra and Genevieve's vision married well with my own and the result is a vivid representation of their collection in the interior of Arcadia House" said Leech.

Alexandra and Genevieve Smart also spoke of the outcomes of working alongside Dulux and creating a starting-point for the brand to take its first steps into the home space.

"The process of bringing to life our collection in the Arcadia house was inspiring and a natural extension of the creative process we adopt when designing a fashion collection. We loved working collaboratively with Dulux," Smart said.

Dulux's alignment with Ginger & Smart will continue to result in creative industry and consumer projects, activations and events that intersect fashion and interior design as well as further expand the footprint of each brand in the corresponding market.
