INNOVATING: "We have executed nine innovations in the last twelve months which has tested resources so we need to sit back now and make the most of the things we've done and also have another look at the market and decide what we are going to do next."

CONSOLIDATING: "We are now into our next phase - reviewing the first two years of our digital roll out. We've done considerable work in the area of digital innovation so we be using 2014 as a consolidation yearm where we'll stop, assess and then think-tank some new concepts."

NEGOTIATING: "You don't want to go and throw all your resources at social media because you still need great product, a grat brand and you need to know who your customer is. It doesn't matter how many followers you have on social media, if you don't have the fundamentals, you're not going to have a very good business."
