An international etail powerhouse is taking giveaways to the next level - literally giving away free garments and shipping to consumers.

Asos will be activating an 'Asos Wedding Chapel' as part of Vogue Fashion's Night Out in Martin Place, Sydney, this Thursday.

Consumers can declare their love for an Asos fashion or accessory piece, be 'married' by an Asos celebrant and receive both the item and shipping at no cost.

The chapel will be complete with stained glass windows and neon signage, with mannequins dressed in key seasonal styles.

A 'wedding photographer' will also be on hand to capture the evening and onlookers can receive a goodie bag instantly if they 'like' the Asos wedding chapel pinned post on Facebook.

Consumers based outside of Sydney can also marry their favourite Asos fashion item via a virtual wedding chapel on the brand's Facebook page from September 5.

Newlyweds will then go into the draw to win a Bali honeymoon.

The items available will be from Asos' spring/summer collection for Australia.

Asos has been selling to the market since 2009, now selling an item every six seconds and delivering four jumbo jets worth of stock each week.
