US technology company LivePerson has reported staggering figures regarding online spending during the past month in Australia.
Digital shopping event 'Click Frenzy' generated more than 3.2 million clicks across participating retailers and generated around $200 million for domestic retailers in 24 hours.
LivePerson suggests that the figures indicate a 50% growth rate from its 2014 event.
'Click Frenzy' has reportedly reeled in an estimated 4.3 million shoppers since 2012, with mobile interactions doubling during this year's global online flash sales.
The event has enlisted over 300 retailers including Lorna Jane, Oroton, Peter Alexander, Levi's, Adidas, Bonds and Quiksilver with products up to 80% off.
