The schedule for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia (MBFWA) has been unveiled.
The announcement was made last night during the commencement of the event's 20th anniversary celebration in Sydney.
Over 50 designers will showcase their SS15/16 collections including: Aje, Alice McCall, Beauty Berry, Bec & Bridge, Betty Tran, Bianca Spender, Blue Glue Bikinis, Bondi Bather, By Johnny, Daniel Avakian, Dyspnea, ELLERY, FELLA, Galanni, Ginger & Smart, Gypsea, Han, Haryono Setiadi, IXIAH, Jayson Brunsdon, Jennifer Kate, Jewels + Grace, Kate Sylvester, Kirrily Johnston For Cooper Street, La Biquini, Lee Mathews, Macgraw, Manning Cartell, Maticevski, One Fell Swoop, Phoenix Keating, Romance Was Born, Steven Khalil, STRATEAS.CARLUCCI, SWAROVSKI, Ten Pieces, Watson x Watson, We Are Handsome , Zhivago and Zingiber.
The New Generation platform, hand selected by IMG has also been announced. Hand-selected by and will feature emerging design talents Casper + Pearl, House of Cannon, Mariam Seddiq, Misha Collection, POL and Vanessa Moe.
It is the first year that the New Generation Platform has been supported by St. George Bank.
IMG Fashion director of brand and strategy, Emily Weight, is thrilled with the line-up that marks 20 years since the event began.
