Australian womenswear designer Alex Perry is set to end his Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia hiatus, with organisers revealing him as part of a preliminary lineup for the event this year.

The spring/summer 2013/14 showcase will be staged at Sydney's Carriageworks precinct from April 8 to 12, 2013.
The week will be opened by womenswear brand Camilla & Marc in honour of its ten year anniversary.
Designer Jayson Brunsdon will also celebrate ten years in business during the event, while Aurelio Costarella marks 30 years of trade.
Other high-profile names confirmed for the week include Alice McCall, Camilla & Marc, Christopher Esber, Ginger & Smart, Lisa Ho, Maticevski and Michael Lo Sordo.
Easton Pearson has been announced as the second designer label to join the 'Mercedes-Benz Presents' series, following Johanna Johnson's show last year.
A number of designers will make their debut including Vanishing Elephant, Phoenix Keating, Serpent & The Swan, Christina Exie and Kahlo.
Carriageworks is expected to welcome over 25,000 guests over the course of the event, which will be held alongside luxe trade fair Premiere.
More designers are expected to be announced in coming weeks.
