The Fashion Council of WA (FCWA) is no more.
The Board of the Fashion Council of WA has appointed voluntary administrator HLB Mann Judd after deciding to “close its doors."
FCWA has represented WA creatives for over 20 years - including designers and stylists - as its peak not-for-profit industry body.
The move follows the collapse of Perth Fashion Festival in March 2019, which shut owing more than $1 million to creditors.
FCWA contracted Perth Fashion Festival Pty Ltd to stage and run the event alongside other fashion activations.
