Seduce Group Australia has been placed into liquidation, ragtrader.com.au can reveal.
At the second meeting of creditors on 26 September, creditors voted to place the womenswear fashion group into the hands of liquidators.
The liquidators have begun the process of realising assets for the benefit of creditors.
