Earlier this week, fashion chain Witchery unveiled its latest autumn/winter offering, flagging a new direction for the brand going forward.

Witchery launched the collection on Wednesday February 27, via a VIP runway event hosted by David Jones at its Seven concept space.

The 2013 autumn/winter range, accompanied by the aptly titled campaign 'A New Direction' , sees the brand return to classics with a twist.

The company said the campaign and collection also aim to represent Witchery's transition into the current “multi-faceted” world.

Based on the idea of bringing femininity to the fore, 'A New Direction' comprises key classic pieces including evening shift dresses, cable-knit jumpers and mini skirts, mixed with brogues and ballerines and sky-high heels.

Accessories including handbags and streamlined clutches complete the looks, complementing textural scarves, soft gloves, and statement jewellery.

The collection is scheduled to drop into stores from this month, with new pieces dropping twice per month.
